FAQs
Products
Global and local fertiliser prices are impacted by the following factors, and therefore, subject to frequent change:
- Timing of purchase and stocks
- Final volumes of imported products and raw materials
- Offshore prices when shipments are secured
- The Australian dollar / US dollar exchange rate for each shipment
- Freight rates for each shipment
For an individual farmer, the price also depends on discounts based on long- and short-term offers that suit the growers’ business needs at the time of order and/or collection.
That’s why we provide prices and offers through our comprehensive network of area managers and sales agents throughout Western Australia.
One tonne of Flexi-N contains 757 litres. (1000/1.32).
Flexi-N has a specific gravity of 1.32 kg/L, which means 1000 litres of Flexi-N weighs 1.32 tonnes. (Water has a specific gravity of 1kg/L, so 1000 litres weighs one tonne).

Despatch and Delivery
Customers who arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time will be given loading priority. Customers who arrive late or more than 15 minutes early will be loaded at the first opportunity, as long as it does not inconvenience another customer who has arrived on time.
We aim to load all trucks as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our loading and employee performance is monitored and measured daily.
Appointments are subject to availability. If the preferred date and time is unavailable, we book the closest next available slot, or a customer service representative will contact you to arrange an alternative appointment.
If your appointment request isn’t visible on the appointment listing page, it is still being actioned by customer service. Refer to the service request screen to view the status of your request or call us on 1800 808 728.
NUlogic Soil & Plant analysis
The price of the pack includes:
- Materials (detailed sampling instructions and sample bags)
- Postage (a prepaid envelope for mailing the samples to the lab)
- Cost of the standard laboratory analysis. You will receive a written report of the analytical results, i.e. the soil or plant nutrient levels.
For more information please call the CSBP Soil and Plant Analysis Laboratory on 08 9434 4600.
Once received at the laboratory, soil samples are analysed within 10 working days, so if you would like an early indication of your results, please contact your NUlogic adviser after 10 working days.
Plant analysis results usually take less time to process. On average it will take five to seven working days from arrival at the laboratory to delivery by a NUlogic adviser

A forecast is an indication of what you intended to collect for the season. This may differ to what you actually ordered due to changes in your fertiliser program.
We treat distributor orders as financial approval for your collection of fertiliser. Some non-contractual orders allow you to change your intended product at time of collection without needing a new order, e.g. by collecting Agstar Extra instead of Agstar.
Pricing is also based on the date of collection, unless otherwise specified in a contract, so the value of collections may differ from the value of the order.
That’s why we show both the remaining tonnes (original ordered tonnes minus collected tonnes) and the remaining order value ((original ordered tonnes x price at time of order) - collected value).
For non-contractual orders, once the remaining value is exhausted, a new order will be submitted.
If you wish to lock in a price ahead of collection, contact your area manager to discuss available options.
